ExConnect creates a calm layer between you and difficult communication. We receive your co-parenting emails, human assistants refine them for neutrality, and you only see what matters via WhatsApp. No more high-conflict landing.
Your assistant softens incoming communication, refines outgoing communication, and manages the correspondence on your behalf.
Every message is reviewed by a trained human assistant before it reaches you.
Before you see it, your assistant reads the raw email and rewrites it using neutral, factual language. You receive the softened version via WhatsApp.
Simply send your message to your ExConnect assistant via WhatsApp. Your assistant acknowledges it and reviews the wording. If it is ready to send, it is forwarded to your co-parent by email. If it could be improved, you receive a suggested version to approve.

Your dedicated ExConnect assistant receives your co-parenting emails, softens the communication where needed, and communicates with you via WhatsApp, so you don’t have to deal with the direct contact.
Your assistant acknowledges your message and manages the rest. If your message is ready to send, they’ll forward it to your co-parent by email. If they believe it could be improved, they’ll send you a suggested alternative. Once you approve it with a simple “like”, they’ll send it on your behalf.

Thoughtfully designed support
ExConnect is an Australian-owned service developed and managed by a registered psychologist. The service is built around a simple idea: separated parents can sometimes communicate more effectively when the emotional burden of direct contact is reduced.
ExConnect combines psychological understanding, thoughtful structure and human support to help important parenting information keep moving without requiring parents to remain constantly exposed to difficult communication.
ExConnect is developed and managed by a registered psychologist, but it is not a psychological treatment, therapy, legal advice or mediation service.
Regain your peace of mind and improve the well-being of your children through clear, calm communication.
